WORLD'S GREATEST COUGH SYRUP Honey and Bourbon - What More Do You Need? (Over 21 Only)

Most of the US just got hammered by Old Man Winter. With the drop in temperature comes a rise in colds and sore throats. Unfortunately, we haven't figured out the cure for the common cold, but we do have an old remedy for a nagging cough.

Below is grandma's favorite cure for a cough. (We aren't kidding, the author's grandma used to swear by this!). We aren't actually sure if it suppresses the cough or just makes you forget about it. Regardless, it seems to work pretty well.

Ingredients

2 Shots of Bourbon Whisky 1 Lemon 1 Heaping Tablespoon of Honey


To start with, get some bourbon. We recommend any of the following, which all happen to be ManScore Achievements:

Put 2 healthy shots of bourbon into a glass. Squeeze out most of a lemon on top of it. Heat in the microwave til warm. Mix in the honey. Put back in the microwave if necessary. You want it comfortably warm, not mouth-scorching hot.

Enjoy. One of these should comfort your throat. Two of these will put you to sleep. Either way, you won't be coughing.
